A few other to add to your list include:
- A support group – “The Email Marketer’s Club“
- Read about what’s going on in the email space from Marketing experts
- Monitor your reputation and your brand
- Use the tools available from Habeas, Return Path or Pivotal Veracity
- Authenticate your mail – test your setup
