Manager, Delivery and ISP Relations (Full Details):
The Manager, Delivery and ISP Relations reports to the Director, Delivery and ISP Relations [That’s me!] and is responsible for learning, documenting and educating internal client and reports on the latest developments in online/mobile marketing and privacy. As well, the incumbent leads investigations into client delivery issues that have been raised by an internal team member or client.
Daily tasks will include network monitoring, delivery trending and external reputation management. Strong technical and interpersonal skills will be utilized to translate the system and industry best practices into easy-to-follow and understandable processes for all clients.
Additionally, the Manager, Delivery and ISP Relations will provide important feedback to Product Management, Professional Services and Client Services to initiate change to the product and processes to better enable privacy and email deliverability.
