Earlier this year, May 2024, Yahoo launched their new Sender Hub Dashboard and Complaint Feedback Loop (CFBL) Management system, offering an updated platform for senders to manage their ARF (Abuse Reporting Format) data. Yahoo issued a reminder today that all senders must re-enroll by Friday, September 20th, to keep receiving complaint reports under the new system.
If you or your ESP previously signed up using the old form, it’s crucial to re-enroll via the new Sender Hub to avoid disruptions. After the September 20th deadline, ARF reports sent under the old system will no longer be available.
For a detailed step-by-step guide on how to set up CFBL in the new system, refer to our original article. The process includes registering your DKIM domain, adding a DNS record, verifying your domain, and registering an abuse address within the Sender Hub.
Yahoo’s Sender Hub has more tools planed in the future including tools to help with Promotions and Schema, AMP for Email, and BIMI. Stay tuned for updates on these as they are made available to senders.
Don’t wait – make sure your domain is re-enrolled to keep receiving critical feedback data!
