I just received word that RR.com’s Feedback loop is now available. There is some important information you need to know so read carefully (highlighted to help).

  • Legacy (current FBL users) still need to apply for the new program – there is no migration
  • Existing FBL will end April 30, 2009
  • You may see duplicate reports during the interm period

We are writing to inform you that our long-promised new Feedback Loop is now online and accepting enrollment applications.

The URL for our new Feedback Loop enrollment page is here: http://feedback.postmaster.rr.com/

If you are presently enrolled in our legacy Feedback Loop, you must still apply for enrollment in our new Feedback Loop. We will not be migrating existing enrollments.

Our legacy Feedback Loop will cease operations on April 30, 2009.

During the transition phase, you may get FBL reports from both our legacy Feedback Loop and our new one; we will work with our FBL hosting partner to attempt to minimize these duplicates.
