Back in July I talked about AOL testing some different support tools to help them with managing the inbound support queues for common requests; FBL updates, Blocking questions/resolutions and more general requests and questions.
How do I know which tool to use? AOL gives bounce codes in the form of “AAA:BB” – for example, RLY:YB. Examine the first three letters (AAA) and choose the appropriate tool from the list below:
